Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance

paralavi.app (the "Service," the "Application," or "we") is a web-based goods-receiving management application.

By accessing or using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Use of the Service requires that you are at least 18 years old and that you are acting in a professional or business capacity. The Service is intended exclusively for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.

2. Beta phase — status of the Service

The Service is currently in a beta phase. This means that:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed as the Service evolves.
• Errors or interruptions may occasionally occur.
• The Service is provided "as is" (see section 9).
• We recommend that you always verify the results of the Service before relying on them for critical business processes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the stability and accuracy of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during the beta phase.

3. Account and access

3.1. Access to the Service is granted upon request and approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject access requests.

3.2. Each account corresponds to one (1) user. Sharing credentials among multiple individuals is not permitted.

3.3. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

3.4. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Description of the Service

The Service allows, among other things:

• Uploading invoices or delivery notes (PDF or image format) and automated extraction of product and quantity data using artificial intelligence technology.
• Scanning products via mobile camera or physical barcode scanner.
• Generating discrepancy reports comparing ordered and received goods.

4.1. Accuracy of automated extraction. AI-based data extraction is an automated process and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of extracted data before relying on it. We are not liable for business decisions based on unverified automated results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
• Upload content that you are not lawfully entitled to process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems or to other users' data.
• Interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms.

6. Your data and content

6.1. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create within the Service ("User Data").

6.2. You grant us a limited license to process User Data solely for the purposes of operating and providing the Service to you.

6.3. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6.4. You may export your reports at any time. If your account is deleted, User Data is deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Pricing

7.1. During the beta phase, pricing for the Service has not yet been finalized.

7.2. Before introducing any charge, we will notify you in advance and request your explicit consent. No charge will be made without prior notice and your acceptance.

7.3. There is no minimum commitment period. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. The Service, its source code, design, logo, and the "paralavi.app" mark are protected by intellectual property law.

8.2. These Terms grant you no rights to the Service's intellectual property, beyond the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

9.1. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2. We do not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of automated processing will always be accurate.

9.3. The Service requires an active internet connection. We are not liable for inability to use the Service due to connectivity problems not attributable to us.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10.2. Given that the Service is in a beta phase and is currently provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability to the extent that this is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Service availability and modifications

11.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with reasonable prior notice where practically feasible.

11.2. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Service, you will be given a reasonable period to export User Data.

12. Modification of these Terms

12.1. We may modify these Terms. In case of material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service.

12.2. Continued use after the modified Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

13. Governing law

13.1. These Terms are governed by Greek law.

13.2. For any dispute arising from these Terms, an amicable resolution will first be attempted. Where this is not possible, the competent Greek courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law.
